Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times We currently ship within Slovenia. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at eneruji.nutrition@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
