Some ideas don't start in a boardroom. They start in a conversation, the kind where someone finally says what everyone else has been thinking.
We are students at Gimnazija in srednja šola Rudolfa Maistra in Kamnik, talking about sports nutrition, and we kept coming back to the same question: why should quality energy be a luxury? Energy gels that actually work exist, but for most people, they're too expensive, too wasteful, and too complicated. We thought that was wrong. So we decided to do something about it.
Why Eneruji?
We called our brand Eneruji, inspired by the Japanese word for energy. To us, the name says everything: the discipline to show up, the perseverance to keep going, and the constant drive to improve. Not just in sport. In everything.
Japanese culture has long stood for precision, hard work, and innovation. Those are the values we want to bring to every product we make.
A Different Kind of Energy Gel
We didn't just want to sell another gel. We wanted to rethink what a gel could be.
That's why Eneruji comes as a powder you mix yourself, packaged in a reusable gel container. The formula is clean and simple, designed not to overload your stomach during activity. The result? Less waste, more control, and reliable energy exactly when it matters most.

Our goal is to offer energy gels that are both high quality and genuinely affordable, so that anyone who wants to push harder, go further, and recover better can do so, without compromise. As we grow, we want to expand across Europe and one day help bring sport and active living to communities where it's harder to access.
The Team Behind It
Eneruji was founded by five students: Tristan Travnik, Bine Remic, Jaka Matjan, Tomaž Cuderman, and Maks Bešter. We started this as part of our business education, but what we're building is real, and we're just getting started.
